250K Tree Day - Help GROW plant 1,000 trees at Two Rivers Park!

Join us: Saturday, February 24th, from 11am - 1pm

Our strategy for restoring the forest at Two Rivers Park is two-fold. It relies upon aggressively removing invasive non-native plant species and then replacing those plants with native trees and shrubs. This year, we have committed to plant the first thousand new native trees back into the forest parcel. We need support from the community to get this job done!

Individuals and groups are needed to plant trees with us!

Please register by filling out the form below:

Great! Now that you are registered, be sure to watch the video provided by the TN Environmental Council so that you'll be prepared with the knowledge you need to plant the trees properly! We look forward to seeing you at GROW on 250K Tree Day!

Volunteers will need  to check-in at the GROW public orchard by 10:45-11am. The orchard is located just off of McGavock Pike, in between the dog park and Two Rivers Middle Prep school. Look for the white canopy tent! Parallel parking will be available along our roadway that leads back towards the lake and our demonstration gardens.
