Ginger-Rose Krueck (She/Her)

Co-Founder, Executive Director

Ginger-Rose is a certified Master Gardener in Davidson County. She brings six years experience as the coordinator and keeper of a large Montessori school garden where her work impacted hundreds of students. She earned an Associate's degree in Elementary Education (K-8), served as a substitute teacher for Metro Nashville for many years, and has long standing relationships with many of the people necessary to support GROW's mission.

At GROW, Ginger-Rose applies her passion for reducing barriers to education, as well as her own love of the outdoors, to create programming and educational outreach opportunities. Her commitment to and enthusiasm for the mission of GROW is infectious and she enjoys bringing diverse members of the community into the conversation around the GROW project.

Pat Angehr (He/HIM)

vice President (Interim)

Pat brings passion and dedication to the GROW team! By day, he works as a full-time video editor, honing his skills in visual storytelling and creative collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys immersing himself in nature, whether it's hiking, camping, or simply spending time in the garden.

Pat was drawn to GROW's mission and the passionate community it fosters. With a strong background in video production and content creation, he brings valuable skills to the organization, including team and project management expertise.

Pat is particularly passionate about the public food forest initiative and its potential to serve as a model for sustainable urban food systems.

Pat was voted in as GROW’s Vice President in December 2024.

Angela Zalman-Mooney (she/her)

Secretary

Angela’s professional background included a successful career as an executive assistant. She brings a wealth of experience in communication, organization, and project management to the GROW team.

Driven by a deep belief in the importance of creating a nurturing and supportive environment for everyone, Angela is particularly drawn to GROW's commitment to fostering a connection between people and nature, and their unique individualities. She is excited to contribute her skills and help create a welcoming and inclusive space for all.

In her free time, she enjoys planning events and celebrating life's joys. She is eager to lend her organizational talents to streamline GROW's operations and support the organization's mission in every way possible.

Angela was voted in as Secretary, December 2024 for a 2 year term.

Eric Mooney (He/him)

President

After serving for a year as an At-Large Board Member, Eric felt called to step more fully into leadership and use his skills to help GROW build a stronger, more sustainable foundation. As President, he is focused on strengthening the organizational structure behind the scenes so the mission can thrive for years to come.

With more than 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Eric brings extensive knowledge in organizational systems, process development, and technology integration. He is passionate about helping GROW operate efficiently and strategically, ensuring the team can maximize its impact in the community.

Eric has long been deeply concerned about food insecurity and believes wholeheartedly in GROW’s mission to create a living laboratory for regenerative land stewardship and sustainable food production. He hopes to leverage his corporate and technical background to streamline operations, improve infrastructure, and support the continued growth of educational programming and community outreach.

Outside of his board work, Eric hosts sound healing and Reiki sessions, enjoys building computers, and values spending meaningful time with his family.

Eric was voted in as President, December 2025 for a 2 year term.

APRIL BOCK (SHE/HER)

With more than 20 years of experience in workforce optimization, customer experience, and operational leadership within the technology sector, April brings thoughtful financial oversight, strategic perspective, and strong organizational expertise to GROW. She leads high-performing teams and manages complex delivery operations, with a focus on building systems that are both effective and sustainable.

She believes deeply in GROW’s mission: food access, education, and community connection matter. But if she’s being honest, it was the GOATS that first won her heart and sealed the deal.

April is passionate about creating sustainable systems that allow organizations to thrive for the long term. She’s grateful for the opportunity to apply her corporate leadership experience to support financial transparency, responsible stewardship, and operational alignment as GROW continues to expand its impact.

Outside of her career, April keeps herself busy in all the best ways. She cares deeply about holistic wellness and empowering others to step fully into their potential, channeling that passion through coaching and Reiki. She loves all things fitness, spending time with her family, and caring for her many animals.

April was voted in as GROW’s Treasurer in November 2025 for a 2-year term.
