Purpose

GROW Enrichment is committed to fostering an environment where all individuals feel valued, respected, and empowered to fully participate in our mission. This policy outlines our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility across our programs, operations, and community partnerships.

Scope

This policy applies to all individuals engaged with GROW Enrichment, including staff, board members, volunteers, program participants, contractors, partners, and collaborators. Everyone involved with GROW is expected to uphold these principles.
